  • Yes! All coaching appointments are conducted virtually through a HIPAA compliant platform, so you can join from the comfort of your home or wherever you feel most at ease.

  • Anyone who wants to feel better, build healthier habits, and make lasting lifestyle changes can benefit. Whether you're focused on weight loss, boosting your energy, or creating a more balanced routine, coaching offers support at any stage of your journey.

  • Wellness coaching sessions are $75 for a 30-minute virtual appointment. One 30-minute session/month is included in our GLP-1 weight loss package.
